Dana Carpineto is a U.S. Air Force veteran and aviation operations professional with more than
40 years of experience supporting safety-critical flight operations, airline logistics, and mission
coordination in regulated environments. His background includes military technical training, Part
121 airline operations, and extensive Operational Control Center (OCC) support for domestic
and international missions.
Dana began his aviation career as an avionics technician in the United States Air Force, where
he developed a strong foundation in aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and disciplined
operational procedures. After military service, he worked for Delta Air Lines as a ramp agent for
seven years, supporting commercial airline ground operations and safety compliance.
From 1987 to 1999, he held positions in operations and ramp management for multiple aviation
organizations, supervising personnel, coordinating aircraft movements, and maintaining
operational readiness in time-sensitive environments. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Client
Retention Manager and Operations Manager for FlightTime, overseeing executive aviation
customers and operational coordination.
From 2004 to 2006, Dana worked as an Assistant Flight Dispatcher for ExpressNet Airlines, a
FAR Part 121 air carrier, supporting flight planning, weather analysis, aircraft performance
calculations, regulatory compliance, and operational control functions for Boeing 727 and Airbus
A300 aircraft.
From 2007 to 2023, he served as Lead Flight Logistics Coordinator for Phoenix Air Group,
providing Operational Control Center–level support for complex domestic and international
missions. His responsibilities included aircraft and crew coordination, flight planning support,
international overflight and landing permits, routing, fuel planning, ground handling
arrangements, regulatory compliance, and real-time mission monitoring. He routinely supported
time-critical operations requiring coordination across multiple agencies, service providers, and
jurisdictions.
Currently, Dana is the Owner of Amber Legacy Private Jet Travel, an air charter brokerage, and
serves as Senior Advisor at Origin Aviation, where he provides consulting and operational
guidance related to charter coordination, client services, and aviation logistics.
Dana is recognized for reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to support high-priority
operations with discretion, professionalism, and adherence to established procedures

We mitigate that risk by promoting a culture of air charter safety throughout our entire organization, down to our operational processes. Through our Approved Vendor Program, we screen every operator in our network to ensure they have the appropriate experience and track record to perform flights safely.
