The flight was extremely, even surprisingly, comfortable. The crew was fantastic--professional and courteous. The agent's support was extremely thorough and professional: explanations, details and assistance with car rental was much appreciated. We will highly recommend these services to others.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!
Zach, was phenomenal from beginning to end! What was taking me a half-day to do Zach was able to complete efficiently in a few hours. He periodically made the process as smooth as possible, not to mention giving hourly updates. I would say that Stratos has a customer for life. Zach enjoys and loves what he does and it shows in his work ethic! Thank you!

Simply Awesome!
Anthony took care of us from the get go and then checked with us throughout the process. Within minutes of requesting info I got a call. Great customer service, great jets, and great value. Go with Stratos you won't be disappointed!

Great Service
Randy was great. He helped with every aspect of the trip including time changes and catering. Both crews we had were great as well. Explaining, loading and unloading baggage, considerate and very polite. I would definitely use your service again.

Everything from start to finish was handled with great care and understanding of the compressed time frames we were working under.

Recent Stratos trip

Going home!
My wife received treatment for cancer in Tijuana. It wasn’t possible to bring her home on a commercial flight. I reached to several charter services and Kyle at Stratos was so helpful. He immediately responded to my request and answered all my questions. He stayed engaged with us through the entire trip. The next time I need to charter a plane I will only make call. Stratos!! Excellent service
Yes, will highly recommend and will use your service again. The captain and co pilot were friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job getting us to Chicago and back to Virginia home safely. Service was outstanding, flight was smooth and enjoyable.
From the first quote and phone call to departing the plane and follow up, service was outstanding! Frank (our point of contact) saw to every question and requirement we had with professionalism, courteousness, and speed. I am very used to hiccups and miscommunications when traveling, but with this trip there were absolutely none. The flight crew was friendly, accommodating, and very good at what they do. The flight was probably the smoothest I've ever had. I know that depends on a lot of factors, but it definitely added to the experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use Stratos Jets in the future.
