Jesse Marsh has always thrived on helping others – whether being a fierce advocate for his clients or serving his community. A native of Delaware, he earned his B.S. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Delaware, where he developed the communication, planning, and customer‑service skills that would define his approach.

Jesse built his career across multiple industries, excelling in relationship‑driven roles. Often described as a consummate team player, Jesse focuses on building consensus and mutual respect with colleagues and clients alike.

Jesse currently lives in northwestern New Jersey with his wife Kristen and two children, Mia and Owen. In addition to a passion for aviation, Jesse has devoted more than fifteen years as a volunteer EMT.
