Travis Wright
Private Flight Advisor
“Travis Wright is a charter broker and strategic advisor working with Stratos Jet Charters to help leaders, families, and founders use private aviation as a lever for time, safety, and long-term lifestyle design.
Before entering private aviation brokerage, Travis spent his career as a military aviator, staff officer, management consultant, author, and advisor. His experience spans from small nonprofits and commercial agencies to large federal agencies and the White House. He brings an analytical, systems-driven approach to charter: clarifying client objectives, mapping options across the full spectrum of private aviation, and structuring solutions that align with revenue, margin, and risk over the long term.
Travis is an FAA-certified pilot with a deep personal love of aviation: graduating Army flight school at 19, flying for a regional airline and even owning his own airplane. That cockpit-level perspective shapes how he evaluates aircraft, operators, and missions, with particular attention to safety, standardization, and high-reliability operations. Clients work with him not just to “book a jet,” but to design an aviation strategy that fits their business, family, and lifestyle.
Outside of aviation, Travis is a student of business and self-improvement, and he applies the same tools and frameworks he uses with consulting clients to help charter clients make clear, confident decisions. He and his wife live in a historic home in Pomfret, Maryland, where they balance work, travel, and long-term planning for the next season of their lives.
His approach is straightforward: ask better questions, protect the client, and build relationships that compound over years—not just flights.”
