Pilot did a terrible job of synchronizing the engines. It was bad enough at one point that the two guest passengers were worried we would need an emergency landing. I have flown on Hawkers for 15 years now and never had that experience. Crew was very nice, but the pilot needs some instruction. It was very disconcerting.

The only glitch was the catering from New Orleans to Las Vegas. I don't know how you could correct the issue, but we didn't receive exactly what we ordered -- plus, they did not provide us with utensils, plates and napkins.

Hi All -
I want to give you a stellar report on the plane, crew and service.  The pilots were attentive, friendly, familiar with the aircraft and enthusiastic.
The plane was in good shape, although the back right front facing seat has a little problem locking.  That was not a big deal, and it was the only squawk we could find.
The food service was also excellent.
The price could not be beat.  Kelley and I are looking at dates to do it again if we can get the same price.  I feel the value exceeded the cost.
Thank you all for what you all contributed to this being as fantastic as it was.  I appreciate the concerns that you voiced to me prior to the charter, but am happy to report that the company seems to be running smoothly with reliable aircraft.  I am a picky man, and was thoroughly satisfied and happy about everything involved.

My representative Simon did a really good job explaining my options and arranging our charter. Disappointed our charter Was 30 minutes late due to routine maintenance. Since it was routine, obviously it should have been scheduled to not interfere with our flight schedule. One of the big reason for the charter was to avoid sitting around a lounge in the Covid era. Due to the delay, that’s exactly what we did. Small issues, but water wasn’t working in lavatory, cabin temperature was a bit erratic, and air vent dripped water. Crew was courteous and flight was fine.

We did have a slight issue when the plane came in there was a mechanical concern that delayed my parent's trip but Kyle lined up aother plane for us so they could get to their destination with the least amount of inconvenience. The catering was delicious and the flight back went off without a hitch.

I can't say enough good about him and how he handled things in a very difficult situation. the flight was awesome too. I have worked with quite a few different charter companies over the years and Stratos Jets has been the easiest to work with. I always work with Kerry Hill because she very professional, friendly, and is just down right awesome at her job. I often need last minute trips for my boss and she always gets back to me quickly regardless of what time of day it is. I truely feel she goes above and beyond to make sure every aspect of the trip runs smoothly and everyone is happy. I can't say enough about how much stress is taken out of booking these flights because I know Stratos and Kerry have everything I need covered.

Mr. <name removed for confidentiality> is extremely upset and disappointed with Stratos Jets as the plane had mechanical problems on take off which delayed the trip by 5 hours. It was his wife's birthday and the entire family had a full day of sightseeing arranged which had to be cancelled. The trip was very costly and he feels he is due back some compensation.
