The city’s name comes from a small geological formation on the south bank of Arkansas River called “la Petite Roche,” which is French for little rock. A replica of the White House, the building has been used in many movies as a stand in. The city is also home of the William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park, which contains the presidential library of the 42nd US president, the offices of the Clinton Foundation, and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.

Eastern Air Services (crew and plane) were wonderful. Stratos micro obsession with baggage and weights was beyond logical and anything that I had ever experienced in prior charters. Turned out there was PLENTY of room in cargo for additional baggage and that my guests were no where near any weight limitation. The only reason I tolerated the craziness was the price differential. The flight itself was fine. Glenn was in communication with me frequently but shortly before my flight the Tail Number changed to a new plane and I was not given a new itinerary with the correct arrival point. We flew into Modern Aviation but I expected to be a Hawthorne Aviation. My ride was at the wrong location and I had to adjust that myself after landing. She was livid at the lack of notification on the change. It wasn't a pleasant ride home.
