Luton was once known for its hat making, dating back to the 18th century. In the 1930s, it is said the town produced as many as 70 million hats a year. Everything was great. Prompt and clear comms about flight / craft options. Kept us informed about key status. Nice account website and live-links for details. And, just friendly and pleasant people to work with. One big thing was that our original operator's plane cancelled due to mechanical the day before our departure. We know that happens sometimes and not Stratos' fault. What was great was how quickly the Stratos team got us viable alternatives. Within probably an hour we had an alternate operator confirmed. We were very pleased how well Stratos reacted. And, the replacement craft and crew were top-notch as well.

The flight itself was fine. Glenn was in communication with me frequently but shortly before my flight the Tail Number changed to a new plane and I was not given a new itinerary with the correct arrival point. We flew into Modern Aviation but I expected to be a Hawthorne Aviation. My ride was at the wrong location and I had to adjust that myself after landing. She was livid at the lack of notification on the change. It wasn't a pleasant ride home.
