Good experience, although your emails sometimes look more as a marketing email than an itinerary revision. Still getting used to the sales force platform, but if I may give you guys a feed back, try to avoid too many colors and pictures on the email as they sometimes look like marketing/sales email then important information about the trip. That's my 2 cents.

Probably to save on hotels for crew (Wisconsin would be cheaper than Toronto). Weather did not cooperate so cost us half an hour. Not the end of the world, but still an annoyance that could have been avoided.

First time flying on a private plane. Knowing the exact layout inside & manner of boarding. Originally inquired about a Lear jet 35 & then confirmed a citation ll. Not a problem for me & my husband but for the 102 year old traveling with us was difficult to board as initial step into plane was 18 inches & the crew had to find a step stool. Steps were little and required several people to board & inboard her. The crew of Lance & Meagan were exemplary & would fly with them anytime

I made all of the arrangements for the charter flight for my boss and his family. I worked with Joel Thomas personally, who took the time with me to show the jet options available, all the while considering my boss's medical issues and care requirements. He emailed a jet comparison guide with photographs to view side-by-side so that I could make a wise and informed decision, and walked me through them over the phone. He was determined to provide the best possible experience for everyone. Joel made it all so easy, and it was clear after conversations with him that he has a heart for people and genuinely cares about their needs. I ordered in-flight catering, over the phone, which could not have been any easier. The food was plentiful and exceptional! My boss called me the next day asking that I inquire as to who the local caterer was that supplied the food, as he wants to make sure that we use them in the future. They staged all of the food on beautiful white platters that looked classy and elegant, as though it was all prepared for red carpet guests. And every selection was freshly prepared that day and over the top in flavor! The pilot was very nice and personable and clearly cared about the comfort and safety of his passengers. The plane was extremely comfortable and very luxurious. The seating was perfect for the six of them and their cat, Molly! I received a call the next day from my boss's grown daughter, and all she did was rave about how it was first class all the way! She said I always do such a great job. LOL! It was Joel and the Stratos team that did all the work! My part was easy! Ohhh, and Joel also went out of his way to arrange for ground transportation upon their flight's arrival. I can say from personal experience over the years, that flying does not get any better than going first class with Joel Thomas and his team at Stratos Jet Charters. I want to thank them for making me look like the best assistant ever!!

My experience with Joel and his team a Stratos was great! We had a little wrinkle in our trip when we were diverted from our destination to another airport. It had nothing to do with our flight. There was a disabled plan on the runway. We diverted to the other airport and waited briefly for word on when it would clear. Joel and his team were all over it. They had alternate transportation lined up for us, which, we didn't end up using and ultimately got back on the plane and went to our intended destination. There were no extra charges and we only lost about an hour. Our return trip was fast and uneventful. Stratos helped us find the right plane for our trip and kept us within our budget. Thanks Joel and team!

Complete lack of organization with plane in wrong FBO for departure, $1,000 rental car at wrong airport on arrival, just not nearly the level of service expected when spending over $10K for an hour and half hop -

With only a 15 hour window from my 1st request to Joel to wheels up, Stratos provided me with a great plane, rate and service. I texted from overseas and within 30 minutes had a quotations. With 2 hours Joel and his team came back with even better rates and we locked in the Flight! I am always amazed at the service and how they track every detail of the flight and my progress. After our flight, I sent an email to Joel Thomas (CEO) telling him about our experience. Joel called me last night to thank me for email. In part, my email to Joel said: Ernest Hemingway once said: "The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them". We trusted Stratos Jet Charters with our first charter flight, and the actions of all of your employees and contractors sustained our trust in Stratos. I told my wife when we were flying down: "Kyle (Jones) must sleep with his phone or computer on his pillow". It didn't matter when I called, texted, or emailed. Kyle always responded on a near immediate basis. Wow! Since this was our first charter, Kyle professionally and patiently walked us through the entire charter process with accurate, complete, and well-documented information. He seemed to always be a step ahead and in many, many cases, anticipated our questions and preemptively answered them. In a world where you hesitate to call a service provider or financial institution because you know you will be stuck on hold or in voicemail hell, it is indeed a breath of fresh air to find a company who communicates so very, very well and truly appears to care about their customers and the customer's experience with them. Most of my interaction was with Kyle Jones but I also had communications with Sandy Milam and she exhibited the same responsiveness as Kyle. The ground crews at Signature Flight Services at TEB and PBI were equally adept at continuing that service of excellence. Last but certainly not least, pilots Ernie Guido and Don Poskitt were the icing on the cake. As a former CEO of a professional services business, I know how important the client experience is and how communication is one of the very key components. I just wanted to be sure you heard about our experience from a very satisfied customer. Kudos to you and your staff.

This was probably the 3rd flight that the weather conditions were disregarded and I was told the flight was safe and would be comfortable. While we did land safely, the known turbulence was so intense I left my seat at one point, was thrown from side to side (no vomit bags around) and I was needing to do every breathing technique known to keep myself calm and not hyperventilate. While the crew and all people involved are extremely professional, disregarding weather reports with a strong wind advisory is irresponsible not only for safety but for the customers comfort. I learned upon landing that other flights in that same airport had cancelled so why would mine fly even with the concern I expressed. Will the company lose money to reschedule? I will find it difficult to trust them in the future on any flight with weather advisories.

It was all great. The only problem even though the rental car was right there waiting for us, it had a terrible stale cigarette odor which was most uncomfortable for our journey home. That's not your fault but I would never rent from Hertz again.
