Chartered a plane to transport my elderly parents from Maine to Atlanta.
At last minute's notice I needed to find a private plane to get my elderly parents from Bangor, Maine to Atlanta. I googled charter companies and Stratos Charters was first to pop up. I called immediately and Joel (founder and president of company) answered. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. He was the perfect combination of professional and personable. Our charter was arranged and the trip went through seamlessly. Stratos Charter and Joel made a stressful situation into a very pleasant one for us. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you to them!

Seamless Communication - Highly Recommended
Joel was all over booking our Jet and catering to our every need. He was easy to reach at all times and made arrangements that you would normally have to ask for, just as part of his routine business. He runs Stratos with elite service and I will be a life long customer!

Supplemental Lift
As always, the folks at Stratos Jet Charters did an outstanding job responding to a short-notice requirement for supplemental lift for our flight department. Last minute and in a bind
I was in a desperate situation to get to my sons graduation from marine camp and I was not going to miss it. Stratos made arrangements very quickly to get me where I needed to go. It was very efficient and first rate. Thank you

Very Smooth Flight Operation
My experience with Stratos has been very good since I started booking jets several years ago. Joel and his team provide excellent service and followup at every stage. We recently had a flight where the incoming plane had a mechanical and they were able to replace it with a comparable one within just a few hours. Our original take off time was only missed by less than a half hour. The Stratos team communicated with us all along the way and everything was fine. The pilots are very good at what they do and the ground organization is thorough and efficient. I would recommend them to a friend.

Stratos - from the Operator standpoint
Very professional, very knowledgeable - truly care about their clients. Stratos is always very good to work with. When one of their requests come in we know we will be treated equitably, politely, and professionally, as the Operator. The Stratos team is always friendly and thorough. Customer Service & Private Aviation at its Finest
The Stratos Jet Charter team provides a seamless & top notch experience from beginning to end. They are a forward thinking company that puts the customer first and never disappoints with any trip or itinerary. I recently booked a short flight from Orlando to Boca Raton on a Falcon 2000EX and could not have been happier with the service and attention to detail that was provided for my wife, myself and the rest of our companions. Efficient, Effective and Professional

They best door to door option in private air charter
From pre-trip planning to updates via text message on your way to the airport, Stratos had us covered. We made our way from Emirates @ JFK and the FOB transfer was easy. Joel had already updated Julie (my assistant) before we landed that there were long delays out of JFK due to weather. The transfer to FBO was easy and they were expecting us. The plane was comfortable and modern and the crew could not have been kinder. Thank you guys as always for a great trip. Flight was great and the crew took us right past the storms and my one year old son slept the whole trip; a much needed reprieve for my wife and I.
