Service and attention was excellant. Little disapointed in the interior room. Very cramped.It would be OK for a very short flight but longer than 1 hour would need more interior room with adquate bathroom facitlies.

The aircraft was fine except for the AC. It either had to be run a full blast (we were wrapped up in blankets) or it had to be off in which case we were very hot.

Flight was for an elderly person and the tail number was provided a long time before the flight and I made sure the person flying had all the info written down by someone who could hear and got everything correct. Flyer had that until day before when tail number changed. I had to find someone who could hear me well and right down the correct info for the person traveling so he got it straight in his head and for driver.

I do not know what more anyone could have done. The service was nothing short of amazing from everyone involved. The trip was for my ailing mother to attend my brothers wedding. If it had not been for all of you this would not have been possible, and for that we are truly greatful!

MY agent did a great job. Due to the immediate nature of the flight, we didn't compare to others but he was very quick to respond.

All good. I would like info on best, fastest way to charter jet for my next trip to India. I'm not wealthy, & run a small business. My work is only to benefit impoverished people internationally. I really don't have a basis for comparison since this was my first experience with a charter but I was extremely pleased with the service.

I had an exceptional time with outstanding service and crew!

I do not think there is anything else that could have been done to make our flight enjoyable. The crew, Vincent Jordan and Nicholas Gambino, were very professional, extremely courteous and if we were to charter another flight in the future we would love having them as our crew.
