• Creating and managing intellectual property filing/positioning strategies and portfolios.
• Overseeing legal and due diligence matters related to investments, mergers, acquisitions, EIP’s, and lawsuits.
• Overseeing domestic and international regulatory compliance, registrations, certifications, taxation, and data privacy(SOC 2, ISO, Sales/VAT, GDPR/CCPA).
