Katie grew up in the small town of Owasso, Oklahoma. Looking for a bigger city she chose to move to Orlando, Florida after she graduated from Oklahoma State University where she majored in Marketing and International Business. She found her passion in sales and customer service, which ultimately lead her to join the Stratos team. She has been in the travel and tourism industry for the past 5 years. “I’m eager to work with first time and experienced flyers to not only meet but exceed their customer service expectations.” In her spare time she likes to run 5k’s and train Jiu-Jitsu.

Katie was great on very short notice. Here is were the 5th star was lost: No on board bathroom and I was not told about it. I specifically asked about quality of safety and maintenance by operator and got incorrect information initially; although there was no apparent problem .
Everything was flawless from both FBOs to the crew, the plane, and ground service
Stratos was prompt, professional, and competitive. They were also willing to work with me as I was having second thoughts, without being pushy. I had a very enjoyable experience and look forward to using them again.
