Known as the 'Garden Island,’ Kauai is Hawaii’s fourth largest island. Located in the most northern end of the archipelago, Kauai is known for its untouched beauty. The oldest of the Hawaiian islands, it is a paradise with lush, green tropical rainforest, rocky peaks, cascading waterfalls, and isolated beaches. Some parts of the island are only reachable by boat or plane. A haven for outdoor enthusiasts, the island’s many activities include surfing, snorkelling, kayaking, hiking, ziplining, horseback riding, and so much more. Lihue is the government and commercial center of the island and is only a stone’s throw from the spectacular Wailua Falls. The North Shore is home to the dramatic Napali Coast, with its jutting cliffs and pristine beaches, while the East Side features the dramatic Waimea Canyon and coconut palms as far as the eye can see, giving it the nickname Coconut Coast. Take in the stunning views at Kokee State Park on the West Shore, where you can also admire traditional art in the community of Hanapepe. The South Shore is where you’ll find luxury resorts, golf courses, and the pristine beaches of Poipu. The area is also known for the Spouting Horn, a blowhole that spouts water up to 20 feet in the air.

As always great coordination. I was not on the flight but rather my family and Stratos arranged everything. Even with a winter storm, my wife being delayed, De-icing and two sick kids on-board, Stratos updated me while I was over seas and I knew everything was handled without any issues. The pilots we super kind and accommodating and it made for a wonderful trip. All ground transport, catering and logistics went flawlessly and the Stratos team even arranged my ground transport meeting them from a commercial flight. Plane was not clean. One pilot claimed to have a mask but never wore it, despite being told to. My booking with Stratos was clear and should have been obvious even if I hadn’t specifically asked for a clean plane and a masked crew. My wife and I neither ate (to not remove our masks) nor used the bathroom ( the unmasked pilot had to use the bathroom shortly after departure). By far our most uncomfortable air travel made worse by the fact that it was private.

From pre-trip planning to updates via text message on your way to the airport, Stratos had us covered. We made our way from Emirates @ JFK and the FOB transfer was easy. Joel had already updated Julie (my assistant) before we landed that there were long delays out of JFK due to weather. The transfer to FBO was easy and they were expecting us. The plane was comfortable and modern and the crew could not have been kinder. Thank you guys as always for a great trip. Flight was great and the crew took us right past the storms and my one year old son slept the whole trip; a much needed reprieve for my wife and I.

Booking was great, Kyle is wonderful a asset to your company. However the pilots were not. They were not there on time never offered an apology or explained as to why. When questioned they were extremely RUDE. I was told that the Pilots went to eat lunch so they kept myself and family waiting over an hour past wheels up time. I arrived at 12:30 for a 1:00 flight they arrived at 1:30 for a 1:00 flight with BAD attitudes
