Eastern Air Services (crew and plane) were wonderful. Stratos micro obsession with baggage and weights was beyond logical and anything that I had ever experienced in prior charters. Turned out there was PLENTY of room in cargo for additional baggage and that my guests were no where near any weight limitation. The only reason I tolerated the craziness was the price differential. Next time, if they are not the best price I am going back to my regular charter companies. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Glenn was excellent to work with. I spoke with several charter companies before choosing Stratos. Glenn is the reason I chose Stratos Jet to bring my elderly parents home during the initial break of the COVID-19. He was professional, knowledgeable and on top of every detail. This was our first experience with a charter flight and Glenn explained the entire process from start to finish which helped me keep my anxiety in check. My parents flew from Florida to Ohio without any issues. They said the aircraft crew were professional and confident and made them feel safe. The plane was basic, cabin was small so it was a little challenging for older people with limited mobility. My parents are short, 5'4 and 5'1 and both had to duck down to get on and off the plane and while inside the cabin. That being said, we were given the option of a more luxurious cabin but chose not to spend the extra money. Stratos took care of getting my elderly parents home quickly, safely and allowed us to minimize the risks of commercial flying at this time.

Stratos helped us make an amazing memory … I flew my elderly parents (90+ years old) from SC to PA for the day to spend time with our entire family. Good morning, Joel.  I have been in the customer service business for 30 years as a realtor and previously customer service manager for a performing arts hall.  I am very critical when it comes to customer service as so many companies who pride themselves being excellent fall short.  I feel when it excels, it should be pointed out to their superior.

Falling short is certainly not the case with Kyle Jones and Leslie Jackson.  This is my first experience with chartering a private plane.  My 94 year old father and 92 year old mother are going to their favorite place in the world, the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi MS at Christmas time.  A charter flight works so much better than the hassle of traveling commercial today.

Kyle was on top of everything for me and when I would send him a question via email the response was rapid fire.  The same goes for Leslie.  I don’t think it was more than 5 minutes before a response came back.  Their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge is above par and you are extremely lucky to have them on the Stratos team.

My father insists he will be going again next year and I hope he is correct.  I will contact Stratos for their traveling needs and hopefully work with both the wonderful Kyle and Leslie again.

From the moment we arrived at your facility where one employee came to greet us and take our luggage to the friendliness of the pilots and their updates during the flight to the thank you by the pilots after arrival, Stratos was wonderful. The one item that I realize is out of your control is the Signature waiting area at EYW. When we left, there was a family of 5 without masks. Masks are required. When we returned, the same experience, a group of 2 couples without masks were laughing and not maintaining social distancing.

With only a 15 hour window from my 1st request to Joel to wheels up, Stratos provided me with a great plane, rate and service. I texted from overseas and within 30 minutes had a quotations. With 2 hours Joel and his team came back with even better rates and we locked in the Flight! I am always amazed at the service and how they track every detail of the flight and my progress. Even though I am in a second tier city I get amazing flight options with Joel and his team. The equipment was a light jet with brand new soft goods and fantastic pilots. Although I was not a traveler for this trip, I organized the flight and was the point of contact. Plane was not clean. One pilot claimed to have a mask but never wore it, despite being told to. My booking with Stratos was clear and should have been obvious even if I hadn’t specifically asked for a clean plane and a masked crew. My wife and I neither ate (to not remove our masks) nor used the bathroom ( the unmasked pilot had to use the bathroom shortly after departure). By far our most uncomfortable air travel made worse by the fact that it was private.
