Start your journey in the bustling tourist area of Warsaw Old Town. At its center is the Rynek Starego Miasta (Old Town Market Place), which was bombed by the Germans in the Second World War. Now a busy square, it features cobblestone alleys, posh Polish restaurants and restored medieval era
buildings. Near the square is St. John’s Archcathedral, which dates back to the 14th century. Located at Castle Square at the entrance of Warsaw’s Old Town is its most historic landmark, the Royal Castle. The reconstructed 14th century palace once housed the Polish Royal family and is now home to an extensive art collection. You can take a guided tour of its royal apartments. Lazienki Park is the largest park in Warsaw and home to the Palace on the Isle, a bathhouse and summer residence built at the behest of Prince Stanisław Herakliusz Lubomirski. It features a baroque-style garden and pavilion. The park is also home to the Chopin monument, where you can catch an outdoor piano concert. Just north of the park is Ujazdów Castle, which dates back to the 13th century. It now houses Warsaw’s Center for Contemporary Art. The Palace of Culture and Science is a notable Warsaw high-rise building that serves as the home of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Besides offices, it is also the home to a university and a number of cultural venues such as two museums, a cinema, theater, concert hall and library. Visit Warsaw in October and attend the annual Warsaw Film Festival. The festival features more than 100 films and awards are given to the highest rated films. Catch a football (soccer) game at the National Stadium, which features 56,000 seats. We had quite a number of issues booking this trip, which resulted in add'l work and follow up for me. As broker these issues should have been handled / caught prior to making a proposal. I believe I had to sign 4 different revised quote sheets for this trip! Also the final signed sheet stated we would land in LFMD on the return leg. Hence we booked transportation for pick up at LFMD. However flight landed in LFMN. This caused add'l stress and expense for no reason. I have only now seen that the last itinerary link showed an arrival at LFMN - but I never opened this one since all previous ones, including the contract reconfirmation showed LFMD. As for the aircraft itself: it was one of the oldest ones I have ever flown. The door / separation to the toilet / luggage area was broken (not the lock but the entire frame!) and the toilet was not accessible due to a lot of "stuff" (amenities, water bottles, etc.) being thrown in / stored in the area. Overall cleanliness was not superb either. Finally, the catering we requested was not available / not complete. Breakfast (eggwhite and sausage!!) was cold and wet and the fruitplatter had molded grapes; no ice bucket, nor champagne glasses were present. On the return leg, fruitplatter was nice but again no ice bucket nor champagne glasses were present. As a matter of fact, the soft drink container was not even replenished w new ice!! So overall - yes, we flew from A to B but the service experience was disappointing.

This survey reall doesn't apply to the use my company had with Stratos. We had to expedite a piece of equipment and a contractor to our facility to perform some emergency repairs. We were very disappointed in the catering service. The lobster was undercooked and the sevruga caviar we ordered turned out to be lumpfish. Which we did not eat. We intended to take all the food to our home with the lobster, which we were going to cook to make it suitable to eat, but when we arrived home discovered that our food had not been unloaded from the plane. The only thing we ate on the plane was a small piece of the lobster.

Good experience, although your emails sometimes look more as a marketing email than an itinerary revision. Still getting used to the sales force platform, but if I may give you guys a feed back, try to avoid too many colors and pictures on the email as they sometimes look like marketing/sales email then important information about the trip. That's my 2 cents.

Good morning, Joel. I have been in the customer service business for 30 years as a realtor and previously customer service manager for a performing arts hall. I am very critical when it comes to customer service as so many companies who pride themselves being excellent fall short. I feel when it excels, it should be pointed out to their superior.
Falling short is certainly not the case with Kyle Jones and Leslie Jackson. This is my first experience with chartering a private plane. My 94 year old father and 92 year old mother are going to their favorite place in the world, the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi MS at Christmas time. A charter flight works so much better than the hassle of traveling commercial today.
Kyle was on top of everything for me and when I would send him a question via email the response was rapid fire. The same goes for Leslie. I don’t think it was more than 5 minutes before a response came back. Their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge is above par and you are extremely lucky to have them on the Stratos team.
My father insists he will be going again next year and I hope he is correct. I will contact Stratos for their traveling needs and hopefully work with both the wonderful Kyle and Leslie again.
