Monte-Carlo is also home to many art galleries, monuments and historical attractions. One of its most sophisticated buildings is the Monte-Carlo Casino, which was used as the setting of the James Bond film, Casino Royale. It not only features a world-class casino, but the Grand Théâtre de Monte-Carlo, and the office of Les Ballets
de Monte-Carlo. To experience the unique culture and history of Monte-Carlo and Monaco, make sure to visit the Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, a botanical garden on a cliffside overlooking the principality. While there, you can visit Museum of Prehistoric Anthropology, which contains a collection of fossils and other excavated artifacts. Besides the Prince’s palace, royal watchers will want to visit Saint Nicholas Cathedral, where Prince Ranier and Princess Grace were married and later buried. The Oceanographic Museum just south of Port de la Condamine features an aquarium and exhibitions, where you can learn about the local marine life. Besides the Monte-Carlo Casino, other entertainment within the principality includes cabaret shows, opera, theatre, and cultural events. Eastern Air Services (crew and plane) were wonderful. Stratos micro obsession with baggage and weights was beyond logical and anything that I had ever experienced in prior charters. Turned out there was PLENTY of room in cargo for additional baggage and that my guests were no where near any weight limitation. The only reason I tolerated the craziness was the price differential. My representative Simon did a really good job explaining my options and arranging our charter. Disappointed our charter Was 30 minutes late due to routine maintenance. Since it was routine, obviously it should have been scheduled to not interfere with our flight schedule. One of the big reason for the charter was to avoid sitting around a lounge in the Covid era. Due to the delay, that’s exactly what we did. Small issues, but water wasn’t working in lavatory, cabin temperature was a bit erratic, and air vent dripped water. Crew was courteous and flight was fine.
