Sitting on the majestic Wasatch Range of the Rocky Mountains, with elevation rises ranging from 6,500 to 10,000 feet, Park City’s historic Main Street sits at 7,000 feet. Those who travel to Park City often come to ski or enjoy summer activities at Park City Ski Resort, which is now the largest ski area in the US and was host of the men’s and women’s giant slalom and snowboarding events during the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics. Catch the town lift from Main Street to the resort’s 300-plus trails spread across 7,300 acres, including eight peaks, nine bowls and 16 chairlifts. Summer activities include an alpine slide, coaster, zipline and several hiking and biking trails.
