Castillo Serralles was home to one of the most powerful rum-producing families in all of Puerto Rico. This magnificent castle in a perfect example of Spanish Revival architecture and comes complete with meticulously landscaped formal gardens, flowing fountains, and stunning antique furniture. It’s well worth taking a trip out to Isla Caja du Muertos, which translates to Coffin Island. Although the name may cause some concern for apprehensive travelers, it’s simply thought that the name came to be based on the shape of the island. The island is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s also home to some amazing snorkelling, hiking trails, and a regal 19th-century lighthouse. And no trip to Ponce would be complete without a stroll along La Guancha Boardwalk. Lined with restaurants serving up delicious fare and local performers serenading visitors, the boardwalk is a popular place. The flight itself was fine. Glenn was in communication with me frequently but shortly before my flight the Tail Number changed to a new plane and I was not given a new itinerary with the correct arrival point. We flew into Modern Aviation but I expected to be a Hawthorne Aviation. My ride was at the wrong location and I had to adjust that myself after landing. She was livid at the lack of notification on the change. It wasn't a pleasant ride home.

Eastern Air Services (crew and plane) were wonderful. Stratos micro obsession with baggage and weights was beyond logical and anything that I had ever experienced in prior charters. Turned out there was PLENTY of room in cargo for additional baggage and that my guests were no where near any weight limitation. The only reason I tolerated the craziness was the price differential. Kyle Jones was terrific about answering all of my questions PROMPTLY. Stratos gave us the best price and was best about getting all info to us. I wrote to Kyle many times as I was extremely nervous about flying. He was always reassuring. Pilots were friendly and professional. Transport people wore masks and gloves and were kind. Plane was very clean and when I asked for more disinfectant wipes, I got them without being made to feel I was being too cautious. Take-off and landing were a pleasure as was the flight. The thunderstorm was scary but that was out of the pilots control

Service and attention was excellant. Little disapointed in the interior room. Very cramped.It would be OK for a very short flight but longer than 1 hour would need more interior room with adquate bathroom facitlies.

Booking was great, Kyle is wonderful a asset to your company. However the pilots were not. They were not there on time never offered an apology or explained as to why. When questioned they were extremely RUDE. I was told that the Pilots went to eat lunch so they kept myself and family waiting over an hour past wheels up time. I arrived at 12:30 for a 1:00 flight they arrived at 1:30 for a 1:00 flight with BAD attitudes
