General Information
Less than ten miles from Aspen, lies Snowmass Village, a 3,300-acre ski resort that is the largest of the four well-known ski areas of Aspen Snowmass. Known for its family-friendly vibe, extensive ski-in and ski-out lodging and variable terrain, the resort offers skiing and snowboarding for any skill level with wide cruiser runs as well as steep verticals.
When the Cirque Poma lift is running, skiers can take advantage of the steepest skiing of any ski area in the U.S. And, if you happen to sleep in, you can still make fresh tracks since the resort lifts the rope off one freshly groomed trail at noon daily. they call this the “noon groom.”
Not just a ski resort, Snowmass offers amazing summer adventuring as well. Since the summers are cool, it’s perfect for escaping summer heat while still spending all day outside!
