Good morning, Joel.  I have been in the customer service business for 30 years as a realtor and previously customer service manager for a performing arts hall.  I am very critical when it comes to customer service as so many companies who pride themselves being excellent fall short.  I feel when it excels, it should be pointed out to their superior.

Falling short is certainly not the case with Kyle Jones and Leslie Jackson.  This is my first experience with chartering a private plane.  My 94 year old father and 92 year old mother are going to their favorite place in the world, the Beau Rivage hotel in Biloxi MS at Christmas time.  A charter flight works so much better than the hassle of traveling commercial today.

Kyle was on top of everything for me and when I would send him a question via email the response was rapid fire.  The same goes for Leslie.  I don’t think it was more than 5 minutes before a response came back.  Their friendliness, professionalism and knowledge is above par and you are extremely lucky to have them on the Stratos team.

My father insists he will be going again next year and I hope he is correct.  I will contact Stratos for their traveling needs and hopefully work with both the wonderful Kyle and Leslie again.

I made all of the arrangements for the charter flight for my boss and his family. I worked with Joel Thomas personally, who took the time with me to show the jet options available, all the while considering my boss's medical issues and care requirements. He emailed a jet comparison guide with photographs to view side-by-side so that I could make a wise and informed decision, and walked me through them over the phone. He was determined to provide the best possible experience for everyone. Joel made it all so easy, and it was clear after conversations with him that he has a heart for people and genuinely cares about their needs. I ordered in-flight catering, over the phone, which could not have been any easier. The food was plentiful and exceptional! My boss called me the next day asking that I inquire as to who the local caterer was that supplied the food, as he wants to make sure that we use them in the future. They staged all of the food on beautiful white platters that looked classy and elegant, as though it was all prepared for red carpet guests. And every selection was freshly prepared that day and over the top in flavor! The pilot was very nice and personable and clearly cared about the comfort and safety of his passengers. The plane was extremely comfortable and very luxurious. The seating was perfect for the six of them and their cat, Molly! I received a call the next day from my boss's grown daughter, and all she did was rave about how it was first class all the way! She said I always do such a great job. LOL! It was Joel and the Stratos team that did all the work! My part was easy! Ohhh, and Joel also went out of his way to arrange for ground transportation upon their flight's arrival. I can say from personal experience over the years, that flying does not get any better than going first class with Joel Thomas and his team at Stratos Jet Charters. I want to thank them for making me look like the best assistant ever!!

I wasn’t able to do the survey that is being done by google as I don’t have a google email and don’t want to set up another email account to be spammed to death. However, if I could have done the survey, I would have given Stratos Jets very high remarks and the reason would be because of the dealings I have with Kerry Hill.  As I believe I told you when we met at the S&D last year, Kerry is the best and most considerate person I have ever dealt with from a Charter company.  Not only her flight following in which she keeps me posted on everything from beginning to end but also her attention to all the other details for the reservation such as needs of transportation for passengers, insuring that the catering is ordered and delivered.  She takes a lot of the weight and stress of my shoulders.  If ever I have a question, she is quick to get me the answers I need. In my opinion, she is a very valuable asset to your company.

Steve made sure we had everything we needed. The travel arrangements were made easily and were efficient. 3 friends and myself had our first experience with flying private with Stratos. I took a trip to NYC for New Year's Eve with my wife and another couple, the whole Times Square experience was amazing. Danny is a ROCKSTAR, he took care of every detail and stays in constant contact with me ensuring all my trips are seamless and effort-free on my part. As a charter operator, it is hard at times to work with Broker companies to get all of the information we need quick and efficiently back and forth to each other. We had no issues at all in this case when working with Stratos Jets. The team got everything we needed to us in a timely manner and we were able to make the transaction very smooth. Glenn was excellent to work with. I spoke with several charter companies before choosing Stratos. Glenn is the reason I chose Stratos Jet to bring my elderly parents home during the initial break of the COVID-19. He was professional, knowledgeable and on top of every detail. This was our first experience with a charter flight and Glenn explained the entire process from start to finish which helped me keep my anxiety in check. My parents flew from Florida to Ohio without any issues. They said the aircraft crew were professional and confident and made them feel safe. The plane was basic, cabin was small so it was a little challenging for older people with limited mobility. My parents are short, 5'4 and 5'1 and both had to duck down to get on and off the plane and while inside the cabin. That being said, we were given the option of a more luxurious cabin but chose not to spend the extra money. Stratos took care of getting my elderly parents home quickly, safely and allowed us to minimize the risks of commercial flying at this time.
