This luxury jet is outfitted with a twin Williams FJ44-3a-24 power plant that gives the Citation CJ2 the added boost it needs to climb up to 45,000 feet at a rate of 4,120 feet per minute. It boasts a high cruise speed of 480 mph (long-range cruise speed of 405 mph), along with a maximum range of 1,512 nm.

The cabin, which measures 243 cubic feet (50 more than the CJ1), is typically configured to seat six passengers in comfort. The Citation CJ2 first began flying in 2000. It is five feet longer than the CJ1, and it also features a lowered center aisle for increased cabin height, giving it a total of 4.7 feet of clearance.
