The Cessna Citation V delivers a high standard of private jet services that stand out in the light-jet class.
The Cessna Citation V (and later the Citation Ultra) luxury jet was developed in light of the growing demand for increased cabin space for those using private jet services. The Citation V is a stretched version of the Citation II, boasting 406 cubic feet of cabin space, with an additional 67 cubic feet for storage.
This charter jet also features an enclosed cabin and boasts a range of 1,961 nautical miles. Typically, the Citation V has the capacity to seat up to eight passengers comfortably. It has the ability to fly non-stop from Van Nuys, Cali. direct to Seattle, Wash.
The Citation V is a lasting example of Cessna’s ability to continually evolve an existing airframe into a market-leading workhorse. Based on the immensely popular Citation II, which entered production in 1977, the Citation V took over in the late 1980’s and carried on into the 90’s.
