everything from start to finish was seamless
As has been customary with STRATOS over the past many years, the efficiency and overall ease of traveling couldn't be better ! From booking flights, to the aircraft selection process, to safety concerns, to speed and efficiency in every respect coupled with the knowledge and consistent affability and attention to detail on the part of my agent, Anthony Angelini, my private jet travel experience has been made truly fabulous ! Fantastic representative
I needed a plane on very short notice. Anthony was more than 5 star. Very difficult to find aircraft due to very busy weekend and US military restricting air space. Anthony researched multiple sources and secured a plane in only a few minutes. Then, he texted mid-flight to say TEB said it required $940 because of short notice and overly busy. Anthony found alternate airport quickly.

Outstanding Service and Pet Friendly Crew
My experience with Stratos Jets was fantastic from start to finish. Jesse handled both the flight and ground transportation perfectly, with great communication along the way. This was my first trip with my new puppy, and the pilots went above and beyond—helping me set up the crate, making sure we were comfortable, and paying close attention to all our needs during the flight. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Stratos Jets.

Such great service!
We love how Joel follows our travels and keeps us alerted to all aspects of the trip, from where the incoming plane is being repositioned from to weather updates and real-time info. We always feel secure and in good hands! Finding Baker Aviation flights for us was lovely as well. Their plane was well-maintained the pilots were excellent. All around, 5 thumbs up!

I have used many private jet charters. Stratos Jets is by far the best and easiest to work with
I would highly recommend them. They are honest, fair, and very easy to communicate with. Stratos Jets is excellent and everything they do. Whether it’s safety, communication, getting you the best price. You can’t go wrong by using Stratos Jets for all your business or pleasure needs.

Flight reservation process and flight itself were excellent!
We have used Stratos several times in the last couple of years and recommend them highly. Glenn always goes above and beyond when helping us arrange our flight and ground transportation. We have thrown Glenn a couple of curve balls once or twice and he always come through!

Thank you for using us for your clients, unfortunately due to airspace saturation and the FAA we did have an 2 hour EDCT last night. we did our best to get your passengers to their destination in a timely matter even with this delay. We hope you will use us in the future for more trips. Thank you!
