Feedback from Stratos
We enjoyed the conversation with the Trip Support e-mail. They were responsive. Also appreciated the updates on ground transportation from Trip Support. E-mails were received on catering when there was nothing ordered which lead to some confusion on our side. Standard stock on the aircraft was Snack, coffee and pop along with newspapers. It was clarified with Trip Support

Effortless, timely and professional experience centered on safety.
Very much appreciated the professionalism of Dan my sales rep and CEO Joel. They concentrate on safety and customer satisfaction. My pilots were competent, confidant and friendly. The plane was comfortable and fit our mission perfectly. Highly recommended this service and plan to fly with them again.

Easy peasy
We really appreciated how easy it was to find and book the flight we needed. The booking agent was knowledgeable and offered great insight about the route and available aircraft. There was a good amount of communication between myself and Stratos in the days and hours before the flight. I felt confident when I arrived at the departure location even though this was my first time flying charter from that airport and first time with Stratos brokered flight. The aircraft and crew were helpful and efficient. Friends have asked about my experience flying with this charter and I have recommended them to use Stratos
