Communication when relaying delays or service interruptions
Hi! All was well except for when we are relaying delays, service issue etc several different people will respond at the company with different questions or concerns. Having one, main point of contact for each trip would be helpful so we don't get calls or emails from several different people within the company. Besides that we love you guys and the booking process is always easy. Deb

Great customer service from start to finish!
From beginning to end the process was easy and seamless. While we were flying on an older mid-size jet, the interior had been recently updated and was really nice. We will definitely use Stratos again.
Awesome customer service
Our original plane had maintenance issues and we were upgraded to the only plane available. It was such a beautiful ride, we upgraded for our return trip. Everyone at Stratos is professional, customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to use their service.

Plane was great - organization a disaster
Never left a review in our life but for the amount of money spent - really left a sour taste in our mouth. Complete lack of organization with plane in wrong FBO for departure, $1,000 rental car at wrong airport on arrival, just not nearly the level of service expected when spending over $10K for an hour and half hop -
Trip to Santa Barbara
We had a large family gathering in Santa Barbara to which Frank with Stratos was able to arrange the flight. The plane and pilots were fantastic as was the service leading up to and throughout. I would recommend them to anyone that needs private travel arrangements.
All went well
We had a great flight. I greatly appreciated Zach calling to let me know the address of the gate had changed. I did get an email with the update but it didn't show up in my inbox til I was driving to the airport. We had a great flight with no issues. The crew were very helpful when and if we had any questions.
A Relaxing way to travel
Stratos service is professional, prompt, proactive and easy to do business with. Any questions or concerns they get on it right away ( ie itinerary changes) and very accommodating. I recommend them to all my friends, and when I travel Stratos is my first call.
Flight was great...catering was horrible
As far as I can tell the flight was great. My nephew, his wife and their dog flew from California to Guam for a move. The airport they flew from was changed the day prior to departure due to weather. The catering however didn't make it to the airport so they were on the plane for 15 hours with only the complimentary snacks and the crew shared some of their food with them. When you fly private you expect things to go smoothly...that's why you're willing to pay the extremely high price for. In my opinion there were opportunities missed to make it right. Since they had to refuel in Hawaii there was at least 6 hours to get some kind of catering for them when they landed in Hawaii. I realize that catering needs 24 hours notice but someone couldn't gone above and beyond to make things right and get them fresh fruit and veggie platter with a plain hot pizza or something to give them something other than snacks. I know if the CEO of Stratos was flying this catering issue would've been unacceptable.
Carol - Thank you for bringing this to my attention and you are certainly right. The ball was dropped. I have spoken with the private flight advisor regarding the matter and our day of flight process was not followed. Not having something ready in Hawaii during the fuel-stop is truly a missed opportunity. I am truly sorry for our misstep and the poor experience this must have been for your nephew and his family.
