Thank you for using us for your clients, unfortunately due to airspace saturation and the FAA we did have an 2 hour EDCT last night. we did our best to get your passengers to their destination in a timely matter even with this delay. We hope you will use us in the future for more trips. Thank you!

Spectacular experience!!

For as spectacular as our inbound flight was, this topped that. Best ever from the equipment, to the crew, to the amenities in the plane that included an individual tv for each seat. The flight attendant asked if we had any catered food for the flight and we said no as we all had a nice breakfast prior to departing. Not sure this was part of the normal service but she served us cheese and salami, chicken salad and egg salad sandwiches, and even baked us hot chocolate chip cookies. Amazing experience. I would fly them every time! Can't beat the price for what we got. Great job arranging them Anthony! Really appreciate your flight updates on the status of the plane the day of our travel!

Unbelievable service and experience

Our experience using Stratos and Joel was phenomenal. From the initial communication to how quickly we got various quotes back for different plane options, to having a discussion with Joel on his recommendation of what fit our needs the best it was five stars across the board. It was so helpful to have someone as knowledgeable as Joel walking us through what to expect each step of the way on our first charter experience. He even took the time to message us letting us know when our planes had hit the ground and were waiting for us and texted us asking how each leg went when we arrived. Overall can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was start to finish and we will absolutely be using Stratos and Joel for all of our future chartering needs.
