Take a tour of Shadwell Great House, built in the mid 1700’s, and Mountravers, also known as “Pinney's Estate.” The Museum of Nevis History, located on the main street of Charlestown, is also a great attraction to visit if you are interested in the history and culture of the island.

The Circus and Independence Square are two other recommended attractions to visit. They contain British Colonial architecture including famous cathedrals, courthouses, and other stunning building structures in the city of Nevis. The Botanical Gardens, another tourist favorite, features hundreds of exotic, tropical plants from the Caribbean, 70 of which are different species of exotic orchids.

The islands’ natural beauty continues on with Mt Liamuiga, the highest point in St Kitts and Nevis. From the mountain's peak, you are able to see the nearby islands of Saba, Statia, St. Barths, St. Martin, and Antigua. Or, visit Nevis Peak, the island’s main peak which offers majestic views of any location on the island.

If pressed for time, a great way to see the entire island is on the St. Kitts’ Scenic Railway. Enjoy air-conditioned coaches and complimentary cocktails during the 30 mile ride.
